Hair: soft pastel pink in colour is what stands out the most about Nori really, someone else might have tried to pass it off as blond, even with the help of dye. Nori instead has embraced his natural hair colour and likes it really, even going so far to call it his best feature. Style is kept short enough to not slip under his collar but long enough to fall in his eyes when he wants. Really his bangs do tend to fall in his eyes on purpose and fall over the side arms of his glasses just so to frame his face.
Eyes: periwinkle is the best colour someone has used to explain his eye colour, and it fits given the odd shade of blue-purple. Depending on the lighting depends which shade shows the best but really his eyes are just periwinkle in colour. Now the only odd thing people should look out for is when his eyes glow a pink tone, pink should be a nice mild colour and yet somehow for Nori it comes off as rather cold and deceitful.

Birthplace: Japan, but he is French
Family: Oh yes, he does in fact have some family around, his family line is spread between England and France mostly though, he is the only Jacqueline in Japan currently
History: Nori was raised by his mother the first five years of his life, which he vaguely remembers, mostly remembered soft smiles and hands with a musical voice. Also remembers too much blood and shattered glass and over hearing that she had turned the car so she would take full impact on her side of the vehicle to try to protect him. Can remember shaking her and wondering why she did not answer him, can remember pulling pulled from the car and someone trying to cover his eyes and saying it would all be okay. They lied and Nori was not stupid at five years old, he had watched movies before, snuck to peer over the railings to watch tv after bedtime even, he knew what happened. So the main thing he remembers about his mother was that she had a bright smile and sharp eyes, that she was perfect and that she died so he could live.
The stranger that came to get him from the hospital a week later was cold and quiet but he spoke softly and he was patient and was introduced as family. Nori can remember asking him why he had white hair instead of pink and the man almost looked amused but answered him anyway with too many grown up words. Nori remembers asking at some point if he had to call the man 'dad' and the answer was a soft no and the topic was never brought up again, even if he had half wished the answer had been yes. Life was different but it was not too bad, minus the nightmares that made him wake screaming, and even those could have been worse when he always got a cup of hot chocolate afterwards. Mostly life was good and he lived with Aubrey in a quiet little life, learning a mix of a handful of languages and British signing because Aubrey was not big fan of talking. Life was good but it was different and he missed his mom but was told it was okay to miss her.
There was one holiday season that Aubrey took him away from Japan to meet other family, telling him it was good to know he was never alone. He met people that mostly were called cousins with some aunts and uncles and older family that confused him, but they all knew Aubrey and no one called Aubrey any title at all. It was really the best holiday ever, they stayed a month in England and a month in France and it was amazing, there were so many people and almost everyone had pink hair and no one seemed to care that sometimes he hid behind Aubrey. By the end he had a dozen names and addresses of people wanting him to write and call.
Meant the first time in school someone yelled that he did not have a family anyway that Nori laughed at them and called them an idiot, then went home to tell Aubrey about it because it was funny. Sure Aubrey was weird, but his last name was the same, and maybe Nori had yet to figure out how he tied into the family tree but it did not matter really. He had family and he was not alone and his mother had died so he could live. Meant that when it came time for strain testing and he was pulled aside it was Aubrey that was called to come talk to the scary officials and Nori tried so hard not to freak out that he was getting taken away or had done something wrong. So it was Aubrey that tried to explain to him what was going on, that he had a power and the weird people wanted to do more testing but it would be okay.
It was not okay. There were cold tables and sharp needles and colder drugs pumped into his veins and so many tests and experiments and questions. It was very far from okay. Nori can say it was not even okay the day that Aubrey strolled into the lab with a bloody sword in hand and looking like he would kill everyone in his path. Except it was okay because Aubrey came for him and they left, leaving behind a mess and trail of destruction, but they left. Left Japan as a whole, going to England and setting up house like nothing had happened and this was just another vacation. In a weird way it was, Aubrey hired tutors instead of sending Nori to school and they had house servants and Nori had to be taught how to control the power that he had. Somehow he had expected Aubrey to be angry about it, that he had gotten stuck with a freak, but he never seemed bothered, and the one time Nori asked the man had just looked uncomfortable and muttered something about wolves and genetics before changing the subject.
He did go to a public collage, wanting to do something with his life, wanting to save people and help, remembering how lost he had been with his week stay in the hospital after his accident and how kind the nurses and doctors had been. Started in a nursing program and got talked into a doctor's track instead and so he pushed himself and pushed himself and pulled through because when he set his mind to something he rarely strayed. Was his only excuse for realizing something odd about Aubrey and asking bluntly, only to be blown off and the next day he was gone. Just gone, stuff left and a note simply saying it was time for him to move on with a phone number and nothing else.
For a while he raged at the unfairness of it, the utter audacity of it, he raged and he raged and then he learned to swallow it all down and move on. Moving on left him going back to Japan, because he wanted to, because it was still more of a home than England, because his mother was buried there, because it was not an empty house. Nori went back to Japan and when authorities caught up with him he smiled and charmed and spun a tale that he was kidnapped and held against his will and it was only recently that his kidnapper had died and he came back as soon as he could. Charm and a few tears and lots of paperwork and he was left alone, with promises to check in every so often, but left alone to find his own feet. Was easier given he had swiped all the money he could before leaving England, he was angry not stupid.

Abilities: Nori heals. In short description at least, he heals others, not himself. The details of it is that he pushes the body to speed healing at extraordinary rates, healing small cuts to life threatening injuries. Diseases cannot be healed by him because they can become apart of the body's system and thus not something the body can heal naturally. Caused injuries though are fair game and he has been known to bring someone back from the brink of death's door. The problem is that this does put a strain on the person he is healing, and it does cost them, because in a way it is natural healing so they lose those dying cells and thus can lose time off their own life, the price of which mostly depends on the injury healed.
Trivia:
- Nori has a pet 'dog' that is really a wolf but well people react better if he calls her a dog, named Jasmine
- does in fact write some of his family rather frequently just to keep in touch and up to date on life happenings
- might be slightly inclined to evilness of you want to think that, Nori prefers to consider it as looking out for himself and seeing entertainment in the use of others.
- visits his mother's grave every year on the day of her birthday to take flowers
- is really the biggest work gossip there can be in the hospital, really he knows everything about anyone's business
