History: 
Born to a couple of strains Takumi was originally an only child, which is an odd thing to state since after reading this application, you now know he has a twin brother named Wataru. Despite knowing Wataru exists please keep an open mind and try to wrap your head around him not actually being born alongside Takumi. So yes to continue on with the story Takumi is the son of two unmarried strains, his mother had the power to regenerate and replace cells, and his father had the power to duplicate cells, a truly nasty combination of strains given their lack of morals. His parents' occupation of choice was the selling and dealing organs, to which they were very good at. Before Takumi was born his parents had to go out and hunt for organs to steal from unexpecting victims. Whether they got their victims by seduction or brute force, it was clear after a certain amount of time that it was too risky to steal organs from strangers. Of course to the average organ trader, there is no other way to collect organs unless you take them from yourself. However, Takumi's parents were anything but average, they were strains with very compatible abilities. To them, it was almost like fate that they had come together as partners, and it took them very little time at all to figure out a solution to their organ problem. By getting together and having a child they had all the organs they would ever need. Takumi was his parents' perfect little organ farm from a very early age thanks to his mother's abilities to regenerate cells. It was a simple matter to go and take any of his organs because she could grow them back for him if given a little time. It was pretty much her job to keep him alive and his father's job to duplicate the organs they had harvested from him. In a matter of hours, they went from one organ they had taken from their son to at least a dozen plus a brand new one for Takumi that his mother had grown.

Honestly, it was the perfect gig for the two strains and they became very wealthy trading off Takumi's organs. It was only natural they would want more once they had it all, both his mother and father were greedy and rotten to the core. It was clear to them after five years that Takumi simply couldn't produce the number of organs they wanted, after all, he was still a human child and no amount of repeated regeneration would change the fact he needed weeks to heal after every operation. The solution to this issue was seemingly simple, all they needed was another child to share the load Takumi was carrying. The only issue was that it took nine months to grow a baby and both his mother and father simply didn't want to wait that long. Which lead them to the only other choice they had.... to duplicate their already existing son. A totally insane idea since stealing a child would have likely been easier, however, since his father was already a professional at duplicating human organs it wasn't really a big stretch to think he could duplicate a whole person. With his partners help he was confident he could clone their son because she could regenerate anything of Takumi's that might get damaged by the duplication process.

At the young age of five, Takumi was put through the worst hell he had ever experienced in his life. His own parents literally tore him apart and rebuilt him with their powers, until they had succeeded in making a perfect copy of him. The experience of being duplicated was honestly like having each and every cell in his body ripped in half and taken. The experience of being regenerated over and over was like dying and being brought back to life, each time he was forced to regenerate he became weaker and less like himself. Takumi is unsure how long it took for him to be duplicated because it just felt like an eternity to him. Impressively, after all of the time and effort it took to duplicate him, his parents really did pull it off, giving birth to his 'twin' brother Wataru. Needless to say, it was kind of a shock to wake up after his ordeal only to find a perfect copy of himself waiting for him.  Guess it was lucky for his parents that he was so young and it was easy for them to convince him that duplication was how all twin brothers were made. It wasn't until later years did Takumi figure out that really wasn't the case. Regardless how Wataru came to be, from that point on he really did become Takumi's brother, he was the one person in the world who shared in his pain, and it was that pain that made them honest brothers. 

The only flaw in the duplication process was it was too perfect because not only were Takumi's cells duplicated and given to his brother, but his memories were too. Wataru was created with all of Takumi's memories in tack and because of that he still to this day doesn't know he is a copy of his brother. He simply thinks that his brother's memories are his own and Takumi has yet to correct him. It wasn't until the twins were eight years old did they finally reach out to others for help. After being fed up with the pain that came with being a living organ farm, Takumi took Wataru and left their parents. It was as simple as taking his brother and catching a bus to the legal affairs bureau,  Scepter 4 to be more accurate. Well needless to say after Takumi and Wataru told Scepter 4 everything about their parent's organ trade they were never cut into again. Of course, Takumi never mentioned his brother being his copy because that would have made life for Wataru harder then it needed to be. After all, the organ trading was enough to get his parents thrown behind bars for life. It wasn't long after their parents went away that Takumi and Wataru were placed in a foster home and then adopted by and an elderly couple. It was only after they were adopted did they know what true love was and what families were supposed to be like. 

From then on the two brothers lived almost normal lives and grew up to be almost normal people, they even took over their adoptive parent's inn because it was the family business.  How they got involved with JUNGLE was actually easy, they were bored with normal life after living abnormally for years. JUNGLE offered them an outlet that was almost legal. This is where the twins are today in their lives, pretending they are in fact normal people living normal lives.



Abilities:  Takumi has all the powers of a U ranked green clan member, he can bend the laws of physics and walk through and up buildings. He also has the nifty ability to create and control his own lighting which comes in handy when in a tight spot.

Trivia:

• Takumi never charges in first in a fight since he's more of a tactician while his brother is the muscle. However, keep an eye on him because he is very likely to stab you in the back while his brother distracts you.  
• At the inn Wataru is the one you will find up front, Takumi always just works in the back or in the cash office
• Takumi picks all the missions for himself and his brother, if he finds a mission doesn't suit their needs he will decline no matter who is asking
• Because of his calm nature, people mistake him as the more likable twin which isn't actually the case. Takumi actually has no friends because he is known for using people for personal gain
• Takumi is a U rank member of Jungle
